§ 111.32 FINES.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this subchapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 111.99.
   (B)   Any person who is convicted of any violation of any provision of this subchapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by fine not to exceed $500 per day for each day in which the person is in violation.
