§ 153.040 PREPARATION OF SUBDIVISION FOR PLATTING.

The preparation of a subdivision for platting shall be preceded by a preliminary plat investigation, and then followed with the preliminary plat and the final plat, all in accordance with the Subdivision Control Act and the procedures following in this subchapter.
