§ 153.025 PRELIMINARY APPROVAL BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION.
   The Planning Commission shall consider whether to grant preliminary approval of the site plan for the proposed condominium project based on the standards and requirements set forth in this chapter. The Village Planning Commission shall preliminarily approve, preliminarily approve subject to conditions, or deny the proposed condominium project and site plan.
