§ 152.02 UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to undermine any sidewalk, gutter, or curb within the village or to remove the adjacent earth so that by the settling and washing away of the earth any sidewalk, gutter, or curb will become undermined.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the owner or occupant, or either of them, to allow any sidewalk, gutter, or curb on any public street adjacent to the property so owned or occupied by them, to become or remain undermined.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm, or corporation to place or move any heavy object or thing over, along, or across any cement sidewalk, gutter, or curb in the village so as to damage or break said sidewalk, gutter, or curb or cause any part of it to become displaced.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person to plant or cause to be planted any tree or shrub in such close proximity to any cement sidewalk, gutter, or curb as to cause said sidewalk, gutter, or curb to become displaced or leave its established grade.
