§ 32.01 CREATION AND NAME OF VILLAGE PLANNING COMMISSION.
   A Village Planning Commission is hereby created for the village pursuant to the State Planning Enabling Act, Public Act 33 of 2008, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.3801 et seq., as amended. This Planning Commission shall be known as the “Village of Alanson Planning Commission” (hereinafter referred to as “Planning Commission”).
