7-1-6: VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES:
The following penalties, herewith set forth in full, shall apply to this chapter:
   A.   It is unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions adopted in this chapter. (Ord. 497, 8-3-2010)
   B.   Any person convicted of a violation of any provision adopted in this chapter shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 497, 8-3-2010; amd. 2016 Code)
   C.   The penalties for specific violations of the model traffic code may be set or modified from time to time by resolution of the board of trustees. (Ord. 497, 8-3-2010)
