6-1-5: PENSION FUND:
   A.   Management And Administration: The policemen's pension fund shall be managed, administered, used and disbursed under the direction of a board of trustees of the policemen's pension fund.
   B.   Compliance With Statute: The board of trustees of the policemen's pension fund in the town shall act and perform the duties and exercise the powers contained in Colorado Revised Statutes title 31, article 30.5 and shall be composed as by statute provided. (1997 Code § 2.36.060)
