6-12-4: PENALTIES:

Anyone convicted of any violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter 12, Title 6 of the Akron Municipal Code shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed two thousand six hundred and fifty dollars ($2,650.00). (Ord. 581, 12-7-2021)
