The following definition shall apply to this chapter as written unless context indicates or requires a different meaning:
 
AKRON PUBLIC PARKS:
All public parks within the Town of Akron, State of Colorado, including those located at [insert addresses] are Akron Public Parks. (Ord. 581, 12-7-2021)
