12-1-1: STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION:

The legislature of the state of Colorado has, in Colorado Revised Statutes title 29, article 20, delegated the responsibility of local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the board of trustees for the town does hereby adopt the floodplain management regulations set out in this chapter. (Ord. 508, 4-1-2013)
