2-1-1: COMMISSION CREATED:
Pursuant to the authority conferred by Colorado Revised Statutes sections 31-23-201 through 31-23-213, there is created a planning commission and a zoning commission for the town. The members of the planning commission shall also serve, and are appointed as, a zoning commission. (1997 Code § 2.48.010)
