10-5-12: VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES:
Any person convicted of a violation of this chapter or of any regulation, order, or ruling promulgated pursuant to this chapter shall be punished for each violation as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day during which such a violation occurs shall be a separate offense. (Ord. 473, 11-1-2004; amd. 2016 Code)
