§ 150.39 CIVIL ACTION.
   Pursuant to IC 36-1-6-4, the Town, or the Building Commissioner in the name of the Town of Akron, may initiate a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction to restrain any person from violating a provision of this chapter.
