Unless otherwise clearly indicated by its context, the words and terms defined in this section shall have the specified meanings.
BUILDING COMMISSIONER. As used in this chapter, includes officers employed by the Town of Akron and/or the Fulton Plan Commission and Building Department that are authorized to inspect and represent the enforcement of this chapter through interlocal agreement(s).
CLASS 1 STRUCTURE. Has the meaning ascribed thereto in I.C. 22-12-1-4.
CLASS 2 STRUCTURE. Has the meaning ascribed thereto in I.C. 22-12-1-5.
CONSTRUCTION. Has the meaning ascribed thereto in I.C. 22-12-1-7.
INDUSTRIALIZED BUILDING SYSTEM. Has the meaning ascribed thereto in I.C. 22-12-1-14.
MANUFACTURED HOME. Has the meaning ascribed thereto in IC 22-12-1-16.
MOBILE STRUCTURE. Has the meaning ascribed thereto in IC 22-12-1-17.
PERSON. Has the meaning ascribed thereto in I.C. 22-12-1-18.
STRUCTURE. Means both Class 1 and Class 2 structures, unless specifically stated otherwise.
VEHICULAR BRIDGE. Has the meaning ascribed thereto in I C 22-12-1-26.
