A fund is hereby created for the deposit, management, and use of grant funds that the town may receive, through gifts, grants, or otherwise, for use by the Park Board, which shall be known as the Park Board Grant Fund. The purpose of this fund is to hold funds from grants external to the town revenue sources for use by the Park Board until such time as the same are used.
