(A) There is hereby established a Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund, and which is to be given number 243, for money received from the state through the Community Crossings Grant and for the town's matching portion as required by the grant.
(B) Appropriations from the Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund shall be made only for the purpose of expenditures authorized or provided for by guidelines established and approved by the Community Crossings Grant program and must be approved by the Department of Local Government.
