§ 36.29 WAR MEMORIAL FUND.

A fund is hereby created for the deposit, management, and use of funds that the town may receive, through gifts, grants, or otherwise, which shall be known as the War Memorial Fund. The purpose of this fund is to maintain, repair, construct or improve any memorial within the town designed to honor men and women of the armed services.
