§ 36.25 PERMITTING COLLECTION OF DISC GOLF DONATIONS.
   The office of the Clerk-Treasurer shall establish a non-appropriated fund for the collection and dissemination of donations for creation, repair, improvement or upkeep of disc golf facilities within the town.
