§ 152.01 INITIAL AREA ZONING ORDINANCE ADOPTED.

Pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-600 et seq., the Town of Akron adopts by reference the initial area zoning ordinance of the Area Plan Commission of Fulton County, Indiana. A copy of the initial area zoning ordinance is available for public inspection in the office of the Town of Akron Clerk-Treasurer during regular business hours.
