Any mobile home or house trailer parked in the corporate limits of the town in violation of this subchapter shall be deemed a nuisance and may be abated as such by the town or any person or persons injured thereby and the person, corporation or any other entity violating this subchapter shall be subject to the maximum penalty provided by law for each day that the mobile home or house trailer remains so parked, which penalty shall be recoverable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
