§ 151.19 EXCEPTIONS.

This subchapter shall not apply with respect to any mobile home or house trailer parked or located within the corporate limits of the town prior to the passage of this subchapter. However, if any such mobile home or house trailer is removed from the lot on which it is located, this subchapter shall apply to any new or replacement mobile home or house trailer to be located on such lot.
