§ 130.30 HOURS OF CURFEW FOR MINORS.

(A) It shall be a curfew violation for any child 17 years of age or younger to be in a public place between 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on any Saturday or Sunday or to be in any public place after 10:00 p.m. on any Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

(B) It shall be a curfew violation for any child 15 years of age or younger to be in a public place after 10:00 p.m. and before 5:00 a.m. on any day.
