§ 130.18 GENERAL EXCEPTIONS AND EXEMPTIONS.
   The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any police officer nor to members of the armed forces and authorized emergency management agencies while in the discharge of their official duty, nor to persons acting in defense of their life, person or property (or those of another person) under circumstances where use of deadly force has been deemed reasonable and justifiable by law.
