§ 114.08 GENERAL SUPERVISORY POWERS OF TOWN MARSHAL.
   The sale of merchandise under the provisions of this chapter shall be at all times under the immediate supervision of the Marshal of the town, and no person licensed under this chapter shall carry on his or her business at any place in town where the Marshal or his or her deputies and officers shall deem that by the carrying on of the business, general traffic, the convenience of travelers upon the walks or streets and the health of the citizens or the public may be interfered with. When the Marshal or his or her deputies and officers shall at any time notify any such itinerant merchant not to occupy, in the carrying on of his or her business, any particular place on the streets or alleys of the town, he or she shall immediately desist but shall not be barred from resuming the business at another place or time or in such manner as not to create the difficulties identified by the Marshal or his or her deputies and officers.
