§ 114.03 DOUBT AS TO APPLICATION INFORMATION; REFERRAL TO TOWN MARSHAL FOR INVESTIGATION; APPEAL OF LICENSE DENIAL.
   It shall be a penal violation for an applicant to knowingly provide false or incomplete information or identification on the license application. If in doubt about any identification or information, the Clerk-Treasurer may ask the Town Marshal to investigate and verify such identification or information before the license is granted. If the license is denied, the denial may be appealed to the Town Council at its next regular meeting.
