Any person desiring or intending to engage in the occupation or acts specified in § 113.01 shall make application in writing for a license to the Town Clerk to so do, giving the location of the room where the business is proposed to be carried on, and upon payment to the town of the fee required, and as hereinafter provided, the license shall be issued to the applicant or applicants according to the provisions of this chapter.
