§ 110.01 ISSUANCE OF LIQUOR RETAILER PERMITS BY STATE.
   The consent of the Town of Akron is given and granted to the proper legal authorities of the State of Indiana to issue liquor retailer's permits for the sale of alcoholic, spirituous beverages to applicants otherwise duly qualified to premises within the town all agreeable to the provisions of I.C. 7.1-3-9-3.
