(A) An individual, property owner, or resident within the town limits may conduct a garage sale, lawn sale, moving sale, rummage sale, and the like no more than one time every month for a time period not to exceed three days.
(B) An individual, property owner, or resident within the town limits may not conduct more than two garage sales within a 12-month period of time.
(C) An individual, property owner, or resident shall notify the Clerk-Treasurer's office of the date(s) of their intended sales under division (A) above prior to conducting the same.
(D) The restrictions enumerated in divisions (A) and (B) above shall not include community garage sales.
