§ 95.83 LIABILITY OF ANIMAL OWNER FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
   The owner, keeper or harborer of any dog, cat or other animal which damages or destroys parks or other public property or private property shall be held liable for the full value of the damaged or destroyed property in addition to any penalty imposed for violation of this chapter.
