§ 95.50 RESTRAINT PERMITTING ENCROACHMENT ON PUBLIC PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any owner of any animal of any kind to pasture, stake out or let unrestrained any such animal or animals upon any unenclosed lot, tract or parcel of ground within the corporate limits of the town so that the animal or animals may be allowed to go upon any sidewalk or cross the sidewalk upon the grass plot or upon the streets in the town.
