It shall be unlawful to keep, harbor or house any livestock within the corporate limits of the town, except that this section does not prohibit the transportation of livestock through the town in trucks, railroad cars and similar conveyances, nor the delivery of livestock to truck or railway terminals for immediate trans-shipment.
