It shall be the further duty of the Town Marshal and Street Commissioner to remove or cause to be removed any dead animal, dead fowl or other nuisance from the streets, alleys or other places of the town when he or she shall become cognizant of the existence of the nuisance without waiting for the demand from the health officer.
