§ 94.02 DUTY OF TOWN MARSHAL AND STREET COMMISSIONER TO ASSIST COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER.

It shall be the duty of the Town Marshal and Street Commissioner at all times to aid the County Health Officer in the work of enforcing applicable state and county wide health laws, regulations and ordinances upon demand of the health officer.
