§ 92.15 DEFINITION.
   The term FIREWORKS as used herein means any composition or device designed for the purpose of producing a visible or audible effect by combustion, deflagration or detonation, including both common and special fireworks all as further defined by I.C. 22-11-14-1, but excluding model rockets, toy pistol caps, emergency signal flares, matches, fixed ammunition for firearms, ammunition components intended for use in firearms, muzzle-loading cannons or small arms and shells, cartridges and primers for use in firearms, muzzle-loading cannons or small arms.
