§ 91.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BOARD. The Board of Parks and Recreation created under § 91.02.
   EXTREME SPORTS AREA. The Akron Skate Park, located south of State Road 14 and west of State Road 19, as the term is used in I.C. 34-13-3-3.
