(A) There shall be no parking in the following described areas:
(1) On the east side of Maple Street, from State Road 14 south to Main Street.
(2) On both sides of East Walnut Street, from Maple to Mishawaka Street.
(3) On the east side of Maple Street, from Rochester to Rural Street.
(B) Any person violating this schedule shall have his or her vehicle towed away at the cost of the offender. In addition, any person violating this section may be subject to a fine up to $2,500.
