§ 73.03 VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION IN REGISTRATION PROGRAM FOR OUT-OF- TOWN RESIDENTS.
   Although not required, persons residing outside the corporate limits of the town who wish to avail themselves of the identification service may do so.
