Motor vehicles must be parked parallel to the adjacent curb in accordance with I.C. 9-21-16-7, or, where there is no curb, parallel with and as near as possible to the edge of the roadway, except where the Town Council by ordinance has prescribed angle parking and angle parking spaces have been clearly marked. Where streets are marked, vehicles must be between the markings or between the marking and the adjacent curb or roadway edge, as appropriate.
