§ 71.01 DISORDERLY CONDUCT BY OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE.
   No person shall operate or cause be operated a motor vehicle on the streets or public highways of the town or upon such similar places in the town where the general public has motor vehicular access in such a manner or with such equipment as to make, create, facilitate, increase or maintain any loud, unnecessary, excessive or unusual noise which annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose or peace and quiet of any other person or of any neighborhood within the town. The use of compression brakes ("Jake Brakes") are prohibited within the town limits unless such use is required by emergency. No person shall operate or cause to be operated a motor vehicle upon the aforesaid places so as to unnecessarily break traction or so as to unnecessarily cause undue skidding of the motor vehicle.
