§ 51.073 OBSTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL SEWER SYSTEM UNLAWFUL.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to obstruct in any manner any public sanitary, combined or storm sewer operated by the town or any sewer hereafter constructed by the town.
