The Town of Akron establishes a Cumulative Fire Fund for the purposes set out in I.C. 36-8-14, and the Town Council will adhere to the provisions of I.C. 36-8-14 with respect to this fund. The fund will not exceed $.0333 on each $100 of assessed valuation. The tax rate will be levied beginning with taxes for 2003 payable in 2004.
