§ 36.15 GENERAL FUND DESIGNATED AS PRESUMPTIVE DEPOSITORY.
   All fees, charges and other revenues accruing to the Town of Akron, exclusive of revenues of municipally owned utilities and other revenues which by law or ordinance are expressly required or designated for deposit in another fund, shall accrue to and be deposited in the town General Fund.
