§ 36.04 PURCHASING AGENTS.
   (A)   The Town Council determines that it is the purchasing agency for the town.
   (B)   The Town Council designates the Town Council, employees of the Town Council and Clerk-Treasurer to serve as the purchasing agents for the town.
