§ 35.03 CLERK-TREASURER DESIGNATED PUBLIC RECORDS OFFICER.
   The Akron Clerk-Treasurer shall be designated Public Records Officer of the town. The Public Records Officer shall be the responsible party for the development of policies and procedures regarding the maintenance and access of the public records of the Town of Akron.
