The enforcement of any provision of this code or a supplementary ordinance by any method of enforcement does not relieve the violator of liability for and does not bar any further actions at law by the municipal corporation nor any other person to recover damages for injury to persons or property and the like that may concurrently have arisen in connection with any violation, nor vice versa.
