All fines collected and all Municipal Prosecutor's fees in the amount provided by law collected under §§ 33.29 or 33.30, (including forfeitures of security deposits) are the property of the municipal corporation and shall be turned over to the fiscal officer of the municipal corporation in accordance with I.C. 33-19-1. (Acts 1986, Pub. L. 192). Unless a statute or a provision of this code or a supplementary ordinance prescribes that the amounts be deposited in another fund, they shall be deposited in the General Fund of the municipal corporation and treated as other general revenues.
