(A) Each contractor hired by the town must provide evidence of possession of liability insurance in the minimum amounts of $1,000,000 per occurrence for death or bodily injury and $500,000 for property damage and indemnifying the town from any person injured or damaged resulting from the pursuit of such endeavors as herein described.
(B) Cancellation or other termination of any insurance policy issued for or in compliance with the provision hereof shall automatically terminate any contract with the town, unless replaced with another policy complying with the provisions hereof and in full force.
