§ 11.01 TOWN BOUNDARIES.
   Except as otherwise provided and stipulated in this code, the boundary lines of the Town of Akron, Fulton County, Indiana are as follows: Commencing at a point 4.25 chains north of the southeast corner of Section 13, Township 30 North, Range 4 East in Fulton County in the State of Indiana; thence south 4.25 chains to the section corner, it being also the northeast corner of Section 24 of the Township, Range and county; thence south on the east line of Section 24 27.90 chains to the south line of the right-of-way of the Chicago & Erie Railroad Company; thence north 75 degrees to the east line of the west half of the northwest quarter of Section 24; thence north on the east line of the west half of the northwest quarter of Section 24 30.92 chains to the north line of Section 24; thence north on the east line of the west half of the southwest quarter of Section 13 4.25 chains; thence east 60 chains to the place of beginning, containing 261.96 acres.
