(A) All rubbish, surplus materials, and excess earth shall be removed.
(B) All open excavations shall be either attended or guarded with fencing and signage at all times and shall be performed according to the latest OSHA trenching and excavating standards.
(C) All excavation and connection work shall be under the supervision and direction of the Public Utilities. All work in the city right-of-way shall be done in compliance with the right-of-way ordinance. All paving and sidewalks are to be restored to at least as good a condition as it was previous to the excavation.
