Authorized employees of the Public Utilities shall have the right, at any reasonable time, to enter the premises for the purpose of inspecting any water service connection or fire protection service, backflow prevention device, and any or all piping or equipment connected thereto. Denial of the right to enter premise for the purpose of inspecting water service connection or fire protection service, backflow prevention device, and any or all piping or equipment connected to the water system, will result in discontinued water service.
